NAZCA LINES FULL DAY PROGRAM FROM LIMA
05:00 h. You will be picked up from your hotel in Lima by our representative and then will board a private vehicle. We will travel along the Peruvian Coast directly to the city of Nazca. The car ride to the city of Nazca lasts about 5 hours and allows you to travel on good comfort and also to stop at some places of interest along the way. In order to ensure our flight over the Lines, you will be first driven to Nazca, and once there you will take a flight over the Nazca Lines. Prior the flight you will watch a video film about the Nazca Lines that will allow you get a better understanding of the Nasca Lines. This interesting documentary lasts about 40 minutes and involves serious information about the Nazca Culture, as well as the figures you will see from the air.

For this aerial tour, you will board a small Cessna single-engine aircraft (Station air, Sky hawk or Skyline type), which has spacious room for 5 people, each person with a window seat. After the video, our English speaking pilot will proceed to give you a briefing about this air tour and also will give each participant a map of the archaeological zone that shows all the figures you will see from the air. Among the figures, you will see an impressive representation of a monkey, a whale, a spider, a hummingbird, a parrot, a condor, geometrical shapes and hundred of straight lines crisscrossing the Nazca desert. After the flight, you will be transferred to a traditional restaurant in Nazca where you will have lunch(included). Later on, we will drive back to Lima, visiting along the way the Nazca Lines Metallic tower to see 2 of the famous Nazca Lines and also will stop at the city of Ica to visit the beautiful lagoon known as Huacachina. The trip form Nazca to Huacahina lasts about 2 hours and then the trip from Huacachina to Lima last 4 hours.

NAZCA LINES 2 DAYS PROGRAM FROM LIMA BY BUS

Day 1º: Bus ride to Nazca
12:30 PM: Our customers are picked up from their hotel in Lima, and then transferred to the bus station to take a tourist bus to the city of Nazca. The bus journey to Nazca lasts about 7 hours. The bus company we use for this service is Cruz del Sur, which has its CRUCERO SERVICE which has very comfortable bed-like seat, with plenty of leg rooms, air conditionimg and bathrooms on board. In additon the bus also offers movies, music and panoramic windows. Upon your arrival in Nazca you will be met by a representative from our travel agency and afterwards you will be transferred to the selected hotel. Evening at leisure.

Day 2º: flight over Nazca lines – land tour to chauchila – bus to lima
8:00 h. Our customers are picked up from their hotel, then are transferred to the Nazca airport to do the flight over the mysterious Nazca Lines. We will fly over an enigmatic zone, where hundreds of years ago ancient Peruvians drew huge designs, which can be seen only from the air. Among the figures we will see an enormous representation of a monkey, a hummingbird, a condor, and a strange creature known as the Spaceman. Afterwards, we will visit the pre-Inca graveyard of Chauchilla. For many years this pre Inca place was looted by treasure hunters, who ransacked the place completely, taking away all the treasures the mummies kept in their tombs for centuries.

These grave robbers just left behind the corpses, which can be seen today all over the ground. In addition to skulls and bones, you also can see several tombs centuries old, as well as long human hairs, ceramic fragments and others remains scattered on the desert surface. After touring around we go back to Nazca to visit a ceramic studio, where a craftsman will give us a better insight about the Nazca civilization and the colorful vessels they made hundreds of years ago. In the afternoon, after lunch, you will be transferred to the bus station to take a bus to Cruzero Bus to the City of Lima.
